You deserve support
You
deserve
support
in a space where you can be yourself without judgment or pressure. I work with people navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, intrusive thoughts, trauma-related difficulties, and identity-related concerns. You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out, we can explore what’s coming up together, at your pace.
My Experience
I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2014. My work is grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship and in gently helping people understand and change patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that no longer serve them.
Therapeutic Space
I am open, curious, and genuinely interested in listening to what concerns you, whether it is climate anxiety, the loss of a loved one, traumatic childhood experiences or a situationship that keeps getting under your skin. I am committed to providing a safe and affirming space for all clients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Clinical Approach
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Schema Therapy, I tailor my interventions to each person’s individual needs, thoughtfully integrating other evidence-based approaches such as ACT, DBT, Metacognitive Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy when helpful. How I Help

CBT
Changing the way we think is often misunderstood and confused with toxic positivity or self-invalidation. When used correctly, CBT is not about forcing positive thoughts, but about developing awareness and flexibility around patterns that are unhelpful or harmful.
CBT interventions may include Socratic dialogue, functional analysis, problem-solving, and relaxation techniques, all applied with care and intention to support meaningful change. If you are looking for a here-and-now approach, focused on present-day difficulties, concrete challenges, and symptom relief, a tailored CBT approach may be a good fit for you.

SCHEMA THERAPY
Schema Therapy is a trauma-informed approach designed to address complex, long-standing difficulties, particularly those rooted in developmental and attachment-related wounds. If you wish to work more deeply with schemas and modes formed through painful experiences, I will guide the process with careful attention to pace, safety, and minimizing the risk of retraumatization.
As a certified Schema Therapist, I focus on how attachment and early relational patterns shape the way we experience ourselves and the world. Therapy can be that corrective emotional experience where your needs are gradually met while you learn to relate to yourself as a good parent would do.

ACT & DBT
Many of us did not have consistent models for understanding and responding to intense emotions, which can make emotional regulation challenging.
In addition to cognitive approaches, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed techniques, and metacognitive strategies to support emotional awareness and flexibility.
ACT helps us change our relationship with thoughts and emotions through acceptance, cognitive defusion, and values-based action. DBT offers practical skills such as radical acceptance, opposite action, and interpersonal effectiveness to navigate intense feelings and daily challenges. Metacognitive approaches further deepen this work by helping you step back from patterns like worry or rumination, gently loosening their grip and creating space for choice.
